Education can cost you your life.
Well almost.
At the school of Door Baba,
on the border of Pakistan and Afghanistan
well forgotten by the government,
Miriam made the trek she does everyday to school.
Little did she know that one day she would step on a landmine,
that would make her lose both her legs.
One leg completely.
Still to this day she makes her way through the stones,
to the school on the moon to be educated.
As the cold set in,
I hope to make the trek hopefully soon with the few money I have selling photos and donations to bring tents and school books to continue their education.
